Bane is a fictional supervillain who appears in comic books published by DC comics.
In the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises, Bane is the masked and hulking figure that kidnaps Rachel Dawes and delivers her to the League of Shadows at the behest of Ra’s Al Ghul.
Bane appeared in “Arkham Asylum” as one of Batman’s most dangerous psychological adversaries. He was also featured as a playable character in “Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham”.
In both versions, Bane was portrayed by Tom Hardy who also played Rick Dalton in “The Revenant”.
